In Jotform, go to Account → API, create a key with Full access, and paste it here.

Your API key is encrypted at rest and never shown again after saving.

  1. 1Open your form → Workflow (the Workflow Builder).
  2. 2Drag in a Webhook element after Start.
  3. 3Set method POST, paste the URL, click Next, then Publish.
  4. 4Then finish in Setup — name your baptism form.
